Experts and Speakers wishing to present a paper related to the different sessions of the program are invited to submit their application with a summary of their communications and a brief CV to the President of the Organizing Committee of the Conference and before the Mars 22, 2019 .
All proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Conference HSSE. authors of accepted papers will be notified by Mars 30, 2019 .
